I suggest you use switcher bar by Dell that came with your Ax. you can just create a shortcut to switcher bar and put it in the startup folder.. that'd start it automatically after a soft reset. never crashes and takes very little RAM. Or if you are willing to spend a little you can get spb pocket plus with a lot more functionality including closing and minimizing.

I have been a lurker on Aximsite for about two years -- reading, but never posting. I had to let akheron know that his simple solution has made me a member. I love Switcher Bar, but have hated reactivating it every time I do a soft reset. Your tip has saved me a great deal of time and effort.
