If you just want to watch on your PPC, leave them as OGM, as betaplayer can play them, and re-encoding will reduce quality. If you *really* want to convert them, use VirtualDub to decompress the OGG stream to wav, then change the source audio for the avi as the .wav you just made, set it to full processing mode, and chose your new compression (mp3?)
