Hey did you know Dell talks about the serial cable in manual, I could make one if they would only give me the pin out, but i really think you need an interface to make it convert from usb to serial, the casio unit i returned for Axim had it and it was about 30 bucks, but it have an small box inline in the cable that made it quite a lot of space it took up. They has to be a simpler way to make it.

Well if anyone knows anything please tell me.

ok universal serial means that i can wire it to work on a serial input connector, from what i know the axim is not a host and i have phone with a modem that is not a host either so how do we connect the two so the Axim see the modem in phone like win98 would and install like a modem.
