Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post
I made the exact same mistake. I was hoping to use SAHH for street and topographic navigation which it is supposed to do. You like me should have read DeLorme's own forum. SAHH get slammed in there all the time. I and others have slammed it here also regularly. If you complain to DeLorme as I did, you are told how hard it is to program for handheld and to use the laptop version. First it can not that hard to program for the handheld, because there are plenty of great programs out there. Second if I wanted laptop navigation software, I would have bought that. I feel your pain.

I also checked programs out here and gpspassion.com. Decided on OCN5 for street navigation and Memory-Map Navigator (www.memory-map.com) for topographic mapping. There are other fine programs out there including the one you chose. Enjoy your new toy.
