Okay, I am stumped as to how I did this and how to reverse it!

All of my applications desktops are now blue as oppossed to white. My today screen is correct with whatever .tsk file I use, but the background of all of my applications is now blue!

I have Wisbar installed but there is no seeting in Wisbar to reverse this....I have no idea how I did this or how to reverse it.....can anyone assist?!?!?!?!!??
