Since these illegal copies may not be exaclty for the Axim X50v, it most likely will damage your handheld beyond repair. Most likely will flash your Axim into a very expensive paperweight.

And even if it is the proper X50v version, they've probably included some spyware, viruses or other stuff that will wreck your PC.
