I ordered my Axim in July. I noticed that the Dell order page under My account did not show the status of the upgrade CD being shipped. I logged onto Dell Chat and believe I was successful in getting my name on a list. Apparently, Dell has a large backorder on the CDs. I was told to check back in 5 - 6 working days. The Dell Chat rep gave me a reference number so I would hope that everything is in order. Yet, I still have my doubts.
Makes me wonder, though, how much longer would I be waiting if I did not contact Dell Chat.
