IGuidance & Windows Mobile 5.0 problem

First of all, thank you for your excellent customer service in dealing with my order. The shipped products arrived on time with no problems whatsoever. However, the IGuidance software is making my Dell Axim X51v (running WM5) lock up and slow down. I've had to try numerous hard and soft resets. Is there anyway I can exchange (not return) Iguidance for OCN5? I noticed on your other posts that OCN5 does have support for Windows Mobile 5.0. I'm going on a trip next week and not I can't use IGuidance due to this unforseen problem. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
