there is nothing on my order status page, I emailed dell about 1 week ago and they just said that orders will ship in october for the promotion. I dunno

I just spoke with Dell today about the free upgrade some of us are entitled to. The first rep was totally clueless and provided absolutely no info about it. The second one (always call back if you dont succeed the first time) seemed knowledgeable and indicated that the estimated ship date for these is anywhere between 10/15 & 10/20. I also asked if we had to do anything to receive these since they were part of the promotion when we ordered our Axims and was told that we should not have to do anything, that the orders will be created within Dell automatically and shipped to us. Now we play the waiting game...
