here is a different spin on this one:
managers who do not even read mail, let alone do anything else, (there are secretaries to read/write mail) HAVE to have the best PC at the regional office and you are left to explain to the sales rep and the secretary why their PC boots up in 20 mins:( it stinks let me tell you
