I've used both the WCF12 and the MA701 with my Axim. The WCF12 was flaky. The MA701 works better and seems to have a better signal.

As far as WINC vs. PocketWarrior, WINC is good, but PocketWarrior is free! Last time I checked, WINC was $20.
