Ha! Well, how can you not use programs to do (much of) the programming for you in a Windows environment? (Not that I am an expert in that area, though.) (Hmmm. Maybe real programmers do not program for Windows.)

It would be interesting to figure out what counts as bloatware. It must be relative to what the current hardware is like. I remember (way back when) when 32k (yeah, kilobytes) was bloat, and too much for many machines.
