my 15 day trial is up and this is what i think.....
dr.divx is a better user friendly program compared to Vdub, but the amount of time to encode a video doesnt seem to be shorter by much. with dr.divx i encoded spiderman the movie and it took about 45 min. for each pass, so 2 times 45= 1 hour 30 min. and v dub took about 1 hour and 45 min. so i have decided to stay with Vdub which infact is free, plus i think Vdub has more settings than dr.divx does. im not going to pay 50 bucks to get a 15 min shorter encoding time.;)
