On the bright side, Resco does allow me to record long enough to say "this is annoying."

The latest in the saga is that I wrote Resco and they finally wrote back saying:
I am very sorry for this problem. Pleas download and install the lates
version, it will work:
www.resco.net/pocketpc/audiorecorder
Unfortunately, when I download it, installed it, and ran it for the first time, it gave me a NEW error:
"There is no skin for this screen resolution and orientation. Please install a suitable skin, or reinstall Audio Recorder."
I went to the site and downloaded a different skin, installed it, and got the same problem.
*ARGH!*
