IA Presenter comes on the Axim CD and will allow you to do this. No editing (beyond changing the order of the slides), but good for practicing.
On a related topic, there are also a few CF adapters that allow you to output presentations from the Axim to projectors and/or monitors. I have the Fly Presenter which works, although I haven't spent the time tweaking it to see how much I can get out of it.
