I just use Dell's built in backup utility and back it up to a spare 32MB CF card I have handy - Then I copy this backup to my PC weekly.

Nothing special, but my data isn't really THAT important. The really important stuff is synced to outlook anyways - and that's synced over to my 5600 and backed up biweekly anyways.
