Mobility Site - View Single Post - Disappearing Shortcut Icons in Program Folder

Okay, I'm baffled. I have a number of programs installed to multiple SD cards. Over time, the shortcut icons in the programs folder disappear.

At first, I thought it might be the result of soft resets without the SD card in the slot, but I just tested that, and the program icon is still there.

Any ideas?
