I second Cheryl's endorsement of the Basecamp. I've had mine for about a week now and I adore it. Grindergear makes one case that's even larger than the Basecamp (Expedition??). I highly recommend that you check them out. I have my doubts as to whether or not you're going to be able to go the "professional" route with that much stuff, if you want to carry it all with you at all times. You're going to need something that falls more in line with the "utility" category.

And she's right. We do get a discount at Grindergear.
