I agree. That's just what I was told, that "Microsoft" hasn't released it yet. I didn't want to make a big stink and confuse the nice lady from India by telling her that the x51vs have it all ready. But Dell has no incentive to do it since a lot of the CDs being sent are free gifts. The profits made on the people who bought the CDs is nill because they either bought a 51v or purchased the CD and canceled and bought a 51v. So I agree that Dell is just being a pain in the ass about this.

Of course Dell is being a pain in the ass. Look at what happened to the free home shipping. Dell is out to rip customers off with $100 worth of shipping charges, so they can "make more profit" is exactly what the article said. Please Dell, bend us over one more time.......right when gas gets nice and ezpensive or you can take the second option of figuring out where the nearest major post office is, and drive there to pick your computer up within 10 days of its arrival, or it gets shipped back to Dell.
