I do not have administrator priviledges to install it and the network is scanned for unauthorized software anyways. I would like to be able to transfer the notes, calendars, and files to the IPAQ, but haven't found a easy way other than activesynch. Oh well, talking the pst files home and synching there is a cumbersome, but effective way. Thanks for any ideas you can think of.

Bump.....I am in the same situation having bought a personal X51v after being told using Activesync was no problem, then being threatened with action against me if I connected it to my PC !! Anyway, looking at the best way to get the calendar across through other means

Thanks
