I am currently running Windows Word on Windows XP SP2 and my read for pocket pc is 2.0 or higher, i am so sure of this.Actually,i downloaded it from here http://www.microsoft.com/reader/downloads/ppc.asp(reader) and add-in for it from http://www.microsoft.com/reader/developers/downloads/rmr.asp(add in)
and another thing is that any solution for it to make the reader possible to read chinese characaters?

It looks like you have the right versions of the products and it should be working. Can you tell me how you are formatting your content? If you would like you can send me the file offline and I can try to debug it then recommend a way for you to work around the error message. It is likely a style that is being applied via an unsupported method.
We do not currently have a Chinese based Reader. It is possible that conversion of Chinese text "may" work but is not officially supported as our fonts have not been tuned to support the special nuances of the Chinese written language.
