If you go to help in ActiveSync 4, and then click on Windows Mobile Online, it will take you to the windows mobile 5 site on Microsoft. From there, you can follow the directions for a workaround, until ActiveSync is fixed. It worked for me since I am using Trend Micro. Hope it works for you.
