Well I found my problem!!!
Upgraded active sync to 3.8 from 3.7.1

My main issue w/ MS or Dell is the s/w combo that was shipped to me with the unit from new did not work without upgrading! Got it working, but come on thats just bad.

Well just happy I can see what the heck I am supposed to do and how I am supposed to get to my appointments. Just knowing I had an appointment somewhere sucked!

Hope this helps someone if there ever experience this problem, took me 2 weeks to correct. What Dell tech should have been able to diagnose over phone.
