If you have a firewall (not WindowsFirewall) turn it off.
Microsoft knows this problem and is working on a fix.

To me, this is not a firewall thing. Please read my first post on the top. I have completely uninstalled my ZoneAlarm, turned off the Windows' firewall, rebooted, and still get the blue screen when I try to sync.
