I have tried XCPUScalar. I have tried it and it only gives you the generic 728 Mhz with a 208 Bus and 104 RAM as the max. I admit it does look easier to overclock or (underclock) with XCPUScalar, Pocket Hack Master gives you MANY MANY MANY more options.

I prefer XCPU because I find it is more stable than hack master.
