Pretty standard response, but you can try to soft-reset the device.

What do you mean by hitting "ok"? Are you using the built-in Calendar? Does the Calendar open properly? Are you just not able to view Appointments? What about appointments that were synced from the desktop? Please try to answer some of these questions and be more specific about what exactly you are doing.
