Mobility Site - View Single Post - New X51, can't sync anything with Outlook, but can sync files/faves

I deployed a new X51 to a user who already had Outlook 2002 installed. Everything setup fine, except that she does not have the option to select contacts, email, calendar, tasks, and notes. Those selections are grayed out in ActiveSync options. She can, however, sync favorites, files, and windows media.

Any ideas?
