Could you please explain this better because I'm just not getting it.
Regarding new programs being recognized.....
In my experience, Voice Command is just very simple speech recognition in that it simply takes your spoken command (in English) and compares it to the text name of all .LNK shortcuts in the Start Menu.
As long as a .LNK exists in the Start Menu, Voice Command will try to find it and no learning or recording is necessary.
In this respect I have found that I get better performance by renaming certain .LNKs to better reflect the English language, i.e. renaming "Calc98" to "Calc 98" or "QTris" to "Q-Tris".
