did you guys try LogMeIN? I heard that it wasn't working on WM5 but they recently updated their server/client app.. so it might be WM5 compatible now.. but I'm just guessing. its free and what I like most about it is that you don't have to be on local network to connect. :approve:

Nope, because I'm just looking for LAN access from my Axim to my main comp and media server (both of which already have VNC installed). Just want to use VNC like a remote and after trying and liking the PTvncHiRes trial I was just curious about the difference between the two. I use foobar2000 and jetAudio instead of WMP/Winamp so VNC is really my only choice (unless there's a foobar2k & JA plugin/remote out there somewhere).
