Some folks have had some problems with them, but in general they all work pretty well. You can pick powered or non powered units. If your new car is quiet, you may not need an amplified unit, but it is something to consider.

I purchased the Arkon powered mount, BT338, iGuidance 2.1.3 package and it all works flawlessly - very happy with the bundled suite.
Very impressed with the response of the BT338, and the ease of use of iGuidance.
