Mobility Site - View Single Post - Can't upgrade to wm5 ? What am I doing wrong !!!

Hi,

I followed the instructions as stated, when it asks to do a hard reset, it appears that my buttons don't work right at that time so it does not look like it is doing a hard reset but only a soft reset ..so it comes back with wm2003 screen and then the second phase of the update does not light up the continue button ?

Any idea ?
