If the above article is reliable, Dell has stopped shipping the WM5 CDs knowing that they are buggy.
The first batch users who received the CDs and upgraded have unfortunately become Dell's guinea pigs - no mercy.
And this is obviously the reason why Dell is providing a rollback solution at
