I went ahead and installed to main memory and had no problems. In the past couple of days I've had problems with installing software to my CF card. I hope it's not crapping out on me
. Of course, I suppose it could be my Ax, too, as I have recently developed a problem with not being able to wirelessly Active Sync. But that's a topic for an entirely different forum.
