Due to all of the soft resets and one white screen of death, I contacte Dell and they sent me a new Ax. I thought that I was on top of the world... until I had to start loading all the crap back onto my new Ax.

I hear that Sprite backup is great but not compatable with WM5. Is there anything else? Or if I wait, does Sprite load everything back on your Ax like it was at the time of the most recent backup?

Looking for answers.
