Mobility Site - View Single Post - Has anyone received their free WM5 upgrade?

I did a couple of days ago, but until now I am not able to upgrade ..I get to the point where it tells me to do a hard reset and never go pass that ..Then keeps bringing me back to wm2003se ??? I am begineing to suspect that the cd does not have any valid wm5 upgrade images ...
