Hard to tell since you didn't provide a lot of info ...
Are the 2 computers hooked together with a network? Is so you can move the .pst files from one to the other ...
If not does the one that has the info now have a CDRW? If so just copy the .pst files to the CD and transfer the cd to the new computer ...
If no to both then you can try just syncing one with your Ax and then syncing to the other ... Only prolem is if the main outlook has a lot of info that won't fit on the ax like a lot of mail with attachments ... Also not everything that outlook offers is synced with your Ax ... But if all you want is the basic mail and contacts it will probably work fine ...
