That's a fairly simplistic view on life and the law. In point of fact, I deal with company/commercial and private international law matters, and have no interest in whether or not you slipped on a loose paving slab, or whatever. Even those lawyers who do deal with personal injury claims, however, are simply providing a service that society wants. If society didn't want to sue people on those grounds, then those solicitors would be out of a job.
