yjchung: what is the default browser on your PC? I had the same problem where the "continue" button doesn't appear after doing the 1st hard-reset. On that computer, firefox was my default browser. On another machine where my default browser was IE, the "continue" button appeared and I was able to upgrade my ppc. If IE is already your default browser, maybe there's a security setting in there that is preventing the "continue" button to appear?

Tomkat: when you say "reboot", do you mean BSOD? If so, I had the same issue and haven't had one since I removed all the bindings except for MS client, F/P sharing and TCPIP for the connection that is associated with the Windows Mobile-based device.
