Seems to me that doing the upgrade is a waste of time unless there's something that WM5 offers that you gotta have. WM2003SE is really stable - and works great. Your main focus should be on what the box can do for you. Applications are the real lifeblood of these devices. The platform update might be cool and new but if it's not offering something compelling that really makes a difference why mess with it?
Give WM5 a little time to mature, THEN take the plunge if you want to.
OTOH if you just love rebuilding your machines then give it a whirl! It's still nothing but a collection of 0's and 1's anyway!
