Connect the axim directly to the port on the laptop

If your using a cradel try using a SYNC-cable

Install service pack-2(FREE)

DELETE THIS FOLDER-C:\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync

TRY AN ANOTHER AXIM

REINSTALL OS
