What programs can you recommend I get to help me with the planning of events I organise. I have a terrible memory, one of the reasons I have my X30h! It's fast becoming a bit of a lifeline.
The other question I have is many people on this fab site seem to have loads and loads off apps installed on their PDA's. I have been trying not to install too many because I don't want to start having probs with it but some seem to have tons! So far, I've got - Pocket Esword, Pocket Guitar Ref 2005, Snails, Lemonade Tycoon, Pocket Breeze, Pocket Weather and NoteM.
My Ax is an X30h with a 512mb SD card.

Jazzgirl,
I guess the first question is how do you want to organize your events? As a list of to dos, or as appointments, or a combination of both? If you are looking for list type software, follow Stevenator's suggestions, they are two good ones. Of you are looking for a combination of both, I 'd suggest Pocket Informant. It will give you alot more options in your PIM software than Pocket Outlook; that is built in. Plus it will handle heirarchal tasks, alha and numeric priorities, categories for appts and tasks, links in tasks and appts to contacts, etc. Try the demos before laying out the cash to make sure you get something that meets your needs.
There are also a couple of tutorials on memory and installing programs, which might help you get the most out of your Axim.
