It is really amazing to think that a company like Dell that makes good hardware can't come up with the ability to install a new software operating system like Windows Mobile 5.0. Or to put it a different way, why are so many problems with installation. It's not the $35 or $40 for the disc that bugs me, it's the fact that so many people seem to have the same problem with installing it. Then once installed, there are all these additional problems.
