Mobility Site - View Single Post - With WM 5, Where do Today Panel Plugins get installed?

In the past most Today Panel Plugins: Battery pack Pro, Pocket Plus, TD Lauch etc, required to be installed to Default Location(RAM), with WM5 where do they get installed now?

Do they get installed to BIS/Flash ROM or do they still have to go into RAM?
