I have been on the phone with Microsoft support for 4 days, in trying to get Active Sync 4.0 to link up with my Axim 51V. I paid $35, and after doing everything under the sun (deleting programs, hard re-set, soft-reset, walking around the block 3 times), it looks like removing the CF card (1 gb), and SD card (512 mb), did the trick. But geez, it took almost 4 hours of talking with Microsoft. I come from a MAC background, and this is my first time really using a new Microsoft product. I can't believe Microsoft releases a software that is so difficult to use.
