Have you tried deleting the Activesync partnership and setting up a new one?

Oh yes, many many times. plus deleting active sync and reinstalling, plus unplugging cradle and waiting over night, plus un and re installing outlook 2003. I've tried it all and they just tell me it's a software problem and microsoft will do a patch some day. and in the mean time all I have to do is unplug the usb cable every time after I sync. I told them that was jury rigging and i'd spent way to much money to be jury rigging anything, and since the dell logo was all over every cd they had sent me it was their responsibility to fix the mess or give me my money back. Talked to a supervisor late last night and he suppose to have me an answer by 7pm tonight. Oh joy!, i'll bet you lots of money it will not make me happy. ty, JJ
