Just wanted share my experience re: cf card disappearing. I had this problem when I was using the omega battery pack lite that came with the 51v. Had to do soft reset couple times daily in order to get my CF card back. Just switched over to iLauncher and the axim's picked up the cf card every time I turn the axim on.

The thing that's occuring with the same frequency is the inability to turn the thing on at times. This seems to happen when I leave it unused for a period of time. Then have to take the battery out and put it back in in order to turn it on again.

Another thing I noticed was with the white screen of death. If I charge over night and try to unplug the axim, I get the WSD. However, if I turn the axim on, then unplug it, it's ok and works like usual. Kinda stupid that I have to do an extra step but this seems to have solved that issue, for now.
