Just to clear something up.....I worked at Circuit City for about 2 years. The only thing that they TRAIN you on, is the STOCK product specs for the units that Circuit City carries....and also specs for ONLY the accessories that Circuit City carries. Therefore, CC employees that do not have a decent tech/IT background usually don't have a clue about these types of questions (i.e. Bluetooth). There were a handful of employees at our store that actually knew about things other than what we sold, including myself. Therefore, it was usually just the few of us that got stuck with most of the hard questions. :)
