So Dell finally got back to me.
Their technical fix for the issue was that the device was bad.
They said that they'll send me another.
But with all the other people out there with an issue, I can't believe that it is simply a bad device.
Unless Dell is prepared to replace a butt load of bad devices.
Anyway, that's all I got for a fix.
