You need to copy the files to your SD card first and then copy/move to the Windows directory, don't do it directly with active sync because you'll fail with OzVGA....:approve:

UPDATED: Axim has booted up.
Solution: I removed my 1GB SD Card before doing a hard reset. Placed the axim in itīs cradle with ac power connected, hard reset, waited for around 5 minutes in dell screen and the voila, booted!!! The cradle was also connected to my laptop via usb.
