A few things I was hoping for in WM5 -

>Close buttons that actually close applications instead of hiding them (as in SPB Plus)

>Improved Pocket IE, supporting java, http email attachments, etc (as in NetFront)

>Icons for launching applications on the Today screen (as in SPB Plus)

>Improved pocket calendar and contact applications - easier to enter data and more control over the data

I don't know what else...but basically, I don't think that WM5 offers much of a change or upgrade from WM2003SE. I'm not talking about the storage architecture here. I suppose using flash memory is good for some things, but it seem to sync slower. As far as losing data goes, I guess that with self restoring backup files from Sprite Backup I don't need to worry about losing data due to power loss.
